newest version from project website is 0.9.2

This version seems to be needed to work with xfce 4.4 currently in testing in 
wip

Its a pretty simple update, here is a patch that should do it.

Makefile doesn't change much, few tweeks to PLIST
patch-aa and patch-ab are just about the same
I believe patch-ac has been fixed upstream, so it is removed.

This has been tested compiled and working on NetBSD-3 with xfce-4.4 from wip
Don't have a NetBSD-4/-current box to test on

Actually, the patchfile is a bit ugly, I'm going to tar it up and attach it as 
a reply to this PR instead.
