 1.) You asked for version 2.0.40 but we are using 2.1.2.
 2.) I gave you pointer to the source files from the version of "avidemux2"
     currently in "pkgsrc" which *do* use include files from that package.
 3.) I even tried building the package without including
     "../../multimedia/mjpegtools/buildlink3.mk" and it failed to build.
 
 If you want to get that dependence removed we would appreciate if you
 could submit an update for the "avidemux2" package. It seems that the
 2.3 versions don't need "mjpegtools" anymore indeed.
