The Xorg i810 driver supports hardware that is found on architectures other than i386.  I do not know if there is support for the AGP GART on amd64, but that is a nonissue for me and others, I'm sure.

Try to build xorg-server-i810 on amd64.

Add xorg-server-i810 to the common list in x11/xorg-server/options.mk.
