 According to the gtkmm bug tracker, this bug has been fixed in the same 
 way as our pkgsrc patch.  It has been committed upstream, so the next 
 version of gtkmm will probably contain the fix.  In the mean time, our 
 patch is correct.  I believe this PR can be closed.
