x11/gtkmm fails to build on NetBSD-3 after update to 2.10.2 today.
The problem is that gtkmm does not build on gcc-3 out of the box.

The gtkmm developers are still deciding how to fix the problem.
A patch does exist but it has not been finalised. Will update this PR when more information becomes available.
