On a platform without a "native" install of openssl, such as Solaris with
pkgsrc openssl, gsoap's configure script does not find openssl and omits
SSL support from libgsoapssl.
I added buildlink with security/openssl, but do not know if that is an
acceptable fix for platforms which have non-pkgsrc openssl, such as netbsd
or linux.
