>Description:

textproc/html fails to build on Darwin because the pre-install step refers to
an undefined variable TAR.

>How-To-Repeat:

When building on Darwin, I see the following error:

=> Running PRE-INSTALL script actions
/usr/bin/install -d -o root -g wheel -m 755 /Volumes/dude/pkg/share/sgml/html
cd /Volumes/dude/pkg/share/sgml/html &&   -zxf
/Volumes/dude/pkgsrc/distfiles/html-4.01.tar.gz
/bin/sh: line 1: -zxf: command not found
*** Error code 127

Stop.
bmake: stopped in /Volumes/dude/pkgsrc/textproc/html

>Fix:

It happens to work if I add a line to Makefile with USE_TOOLS+= tar

Is this the correct fix?
