 ircd-hybrid has been installed before... I was doing a "make update" on it.
 
 I just tried again, and same thing. I performed a "make clean" in the dir, did 
another "cvs upgrade" in case any changes were made (there were none), and 
tried another "make update". I then cleaned again, and tried a simple "make 
build", "make install", same thing.
