 I actually just tested this again on a clean 3.0.1 box using pkg_comp
 and I cannot replicate the problem.  The install works fine for me and
 the /usr/pkg/share/ircd-hybrid/help/opers directory gets created and
 populated without any problems.
 
 Has ircd-hybrid been installed on this box before ?  Also could you just
 do a "cd /usr/pkg/share && mv ircd-hybrid ircd-hybrid.old" before trying
 to install it again.
