>Description:
Version 1.77 of the "pkg_chk" package produces a bogus error message
if it is used with a configuration file:

tron@colwyn:~>pkg_chk -u -q
databases/mysql5-client - mysql-client-5.0.22 < mysql-client-5.0.24
databases/mysql5-server - mysql-server-5.0.22nb1 < mysql-server-5.0.24
graphics/sane-backends - sane-backends-1.0.17nb3 < sane-backends-1.0.18
*** Unable to read PKGCHK_CONF
'/usr/pkgsrc/pkgchk_update-colwyn.zhadum.org.uk.conf'

The file doesn't exist because "pkg_chk" didn't create it.

>How-To-Repeat:
pkg_chk -u -q

>Fix:
None provided.
