I tried with pkg_chk -u and now I get this error:
/sw/sbin/pkg_chk: line 175: cd: /usr/pkgsrc/pkgtools/pkg_chk: No such file or directory
In my mk.conf is LOCALBASE set to /sw. Guess you ignore that.
