MASTER_SITE_XORG+=      \
        http://xorg.freedesktop.org/releases/X11R${XORG_VER}/src/       \

That site gives really slow download rates. gwdg.de is way faster.
So is using MASTER_SITE_BACKUP.

Try to fetch the xorg distfiles from www.freedesktop.org.
