Hi,

did I miss something and there actually is a reason that, e.g., 
bin/latex is not on the PLIST of print/teTeX3-bin? It is gone 
between revisions 1.3 and 1.4. A binary packages created since 
is useless, because it lacks these essential executables.

I can do a send-pr if this issue really is a bug.
(I am unsure because it is so obvious.)
