python build dies while trying to compile posixmodule.c.  It says it's 
undeclared (this is remarkable since the correct headers are in posixmodule.c 
-- it must be a pre-processor weirdness).

It happens to me everytime on OpenBSD3.9.

I don't know the fix.  I worked around it by adding my own lstat declaration to 
posixmodule.c
