 I understand that nasm is not required on powerpc, but that is not what

 I just built nasm on NetBSD/sparc64 and assembled one of my programs
 with it.  So it looks like nasm can be used on non-intel hardware.
 
 Does your test build fail?
 Does it fail in snes9x or nasm?
