 In order to use HTML::Mason under mod-perl environment, create Apache
 writable directory for Mason.
 
  # mkdir /var/tmp/mason
  # chown www /var/tmp/mason
 
 And add following line to httpd.conf.
 
  PerlSetVar  MasonDataDir   /var/tmp/mason
