Darwin c028h119.dorm.reed.edu 8.0.1 Darwin Kernel Version 8.0.1: Fri Apr 29 12:15:33 PDT 2005; root:xnu-792.obj/RELEASE_PPC Power Macintosh powerpc

>Description:
Basically, Xorg will attempt to pull the keymap out of the kernel but will fail and will lockup the console (xorg segfaults in this situation).
>How-To-Repeat:
Build xorg 6.9.0 out of ports and run it without supplying a keymapping
>Fix:
download a keymapping from: http://www.xdarwin.org/keymappings/ and install it somewhere that xorg can find it.
