Hi,
I do not see what the problem is with mail/tnef/Makefile, neither the
old one from December 2004 nor the current one.
The Makefile for mail/tnef-1.2.3.1 already used USE_BUILDLINK3 and did
not contain any patches or definitions of CFLAGS. mail/tnef used and
still uses autoconf and in Makefile.in I see no hardcoded definition of
CFLAGS.
CFLAGS = @CFLAGS@
ciao
Klaus
