x11/Terminal uses a wrong mastersite. The mastersite downlod.berlios.de/xfce-goodies and all files under it now instead points to a webpage with a link to the requested file. The url to the real file seems to change after each reload of the webpage. This causes the netbsd ftp program to fetch the webpage instead of the file. 
Note: I think this problem affects all packages that fetch distfiles from downlod.berlios.de using http.

type "make install" under {pkgsrcdir}/x11/Terminal

In the case with x11/Terminal change mastersite to
