>Description:

I have BUILD_SVG=yes
in mk.conf.

firefox, as of Mon Feb 6 2006 CVS state builds, but
when the menu item "help->about" is selected, the popup displays:

XML Parsing Error: error in processing external entity reference
Location: chrome://browser/content/aboutDialog.xul
Line Number 9, Column 1:%brandDTD;
^

the %brandDTD makes me suspect this relates to the changes to enable firefox
branding rather than deer park.

However, when I visit www.nosuchdomain.org I also get

XML Parsing Error: error in processing external entity reference
Location:
jar:file:///usr/pkg/lib/firefox/chrome/toolkit.jar!/content/global/netError.xhtml
Line Number 10, Column 3:  %netErrorDTD;
--^

>How-To-Repeat:
        make firefox with svg enabled.

>Fix:
        I have NFI. :-) this is a very complicated dependency chain. its
        ok for a lot of things, SVG works on all the mozilla test cases,
        but something internal is a bit borked here.

        could be anything in its XML libraries, you-name-it.
