This updates sysutils/9base from snapshot 20051114 to version 2.

I do not use USE_TOOLS+=yacc anymore, as suggested by joerg@.
patches/patch-a{f,g,h,i,j,k,l,m,n,p,q,r,s} need to be removed.

Changes:
* removed the getcallerpc-$OBJ dependency to make 9base more
  portable
* applied several fixes to compile 9base on Solaris
* applied several man page fixes by Daniel Baumann (macro
  stuff)
* added dc which is called by bc at runtime

This supersedes pkg/32561.  In case this committed, pkg/31955 can be
closed, too.  (Because of the getcallerpc-$OBJ removal).
Please commit this together with the wmii problem report (pkg/32522).
