Sorry for the long delay. I just tried to build wget twice -- one with
USE_OLD_DES_API=yes and once with without that definition at all. The
one with USE_OLD_DES_API=yes worked, the other showed the exact error
message that you are receiving. Have you already tried to comment out
that definition? If not, please do. Maybe this helps.
