 Allready done in my local tree. If only the recode (libiconv) problem wasn't
 there, but i will commit it without the support for it.
 
 The problem is that glib2 needs to be linked with libiconv to support
 transliteration for unavailable characters.
 glib2 building with libiconv would break other shared libraries which
 depends on glib2 and knows nothing that glib2 is now linked against
 libiconv.
 
 Juha-Matti had the idea to use dlopen to load libiconv in irssi
 itself and someone else thought about the idea to add the missing
 code to the iconv support in the libc.
