Please download the file
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/pkgsrc/misc/rillig/pkgsrc.debug.mk
into the pkgsrc/mk/ directory, and append the following line to
pkgsrc/mk/bsd.pkg.mk:
.include "pkgsrc.debug.mk"
Then, run "make; make debug | less" in the wm/icecc directory. Maybe the
-mtune option shows up there.
