 DEFAULT_PATH_VALUE as /usr/bin:/bin:${LOCALBASE}/bin:/usr/local/bin
 
 (Instead of having non-existent default PATH directories.)
 
 Bump PKGREVISION.
 
 This is for PR 25044.
