 The pkg builds and starts.  On the system (office concentrator) the one VPN
 that's configured came right up work works.  The racoon, plainrsa-gen and
 setkey programs work.  The racoonctl application doesn't work:
 morfy# /usr/pkg/sbin/racoonctl reload-config
 send: Bad file descriptor
 morfy# pkg_info | grep ipsec-tools
 ipsec-tools-0.6.3   IPsec-tools racoon IKE daemon
 The racoonctl probably didn't work in 0.6nb2 either but I thought I'd check
 it here.  I'll run this on two systems that are significant but won't likely
 be used too heavily until Monday with the holiday here.
