 it is defined when GNU_CONFIGURE is true. are you sure having
 CONFIG_SHELL in mk.conf is a good idea? you'll probably be hiding from
 a few problems by doing this.. :)
 
 the fix should be as simple as calling the configure script using
 ${SHELL}.
