pkg_chk's use of fmt on solaris 9 results in random truncation of
pkgchk.conf.  It seems that fmt on solaris has an input buffer
limitation, of what size I am not exactly sure.
replacement of 'fmt -1' with "tr ' ' '\n'" fixes it (maybe tr -s?), which
ought to work more universally.
