The www/apache install installs mime.types, magic and httpd.conf.
So when the pkgsrc CONF_FILES is used these are marked as
pre-existing. And so when a deinstall is done, these configurations
are not removed even though they are identical to examples.
This happens with building from pkgsrc, but not with binary package.

install in www/apache and then deinstall.
And see files left over.
