 I've prepared an update of the ser pkg to 0.8.14 awhile ago.
 This also fixes the doc location.
 There are significant changes between 0.8.10 and 0.8.14, in
 particular it doesn't install the mysql backend by default
 anymore.
 I wasn't able to test it yet. (using partysip myself for my
 tests because it doesn't need a lot of setup)
 Are you using "ser", could you test the new version?
