 Thanks for the suggestions that worked in the case of
 mail/evolution.  They, however, did not work in another posting on
  graphics/imlib and its dependencies, e.g. meta-pkgs/windowmaker.
 
 You can close pkg/30989.  Sorry for the trouble.
