 The problem is caused by revision 1.3 of "pkgsrc/mk/install/bsd.pkginstall.mk".
 Downgrading that file to version 1.2 fixes the problem. The generated script
 does a "test -x ./+USERGROUP" and exits with return code 1 because it
 cannot find that file.
