 This problem did not exist when I last built qt3-tools on MacOS X (on
 or about 18 June 2005, possibly later but I don't have access to those
 systems right now).  It appears to be a problem in the shared library
 name transformation machinery.
 
 Also, '-lresolv' will be needed in various places throughout qt3-tools
 for MacOS 10.3.x (Darwin 7.x.x) and later.  '-ldl' is needed for MacOS
 10.2.8 (Darwin 6.8.0) and earlier.
