"make package" in audio/xmms failed to install
lib/xmms/Input/libvorbis.* (an unrelated problem) but proceeded to
build the broken binary pkg anyway.

I am running with PKG_DEVELOPER=yes.
>How-To-Repeat:
install a package with a missing file vs. PLIST and run "make
package".
>Fix:
either the install or package target should exit with a fatal error if
not all files in the PLIST can be found.
