Apologies for this rather old PR.  I believe that this problem no longer
exists on pkgsrc HEAD as the kde3 packages now require imake & xmkmf to
be present, and the Xrandr and Xcursor handling has been changed
substantially.  Is it still possible for you to test whether the problem
described in this PR still exists?  Thanks!
