librsvg picks up bdb.buildlink3.mk that should handle libdb dependencies
automatically.  The librsvg package doesn't require db4 (db1 works fine
on NetBSD and Darwin, for example).

  Could you test if this problem still occurs, please?  If not, the PR
can be closed.  Otherwise, someone with Debian installed would need to
fix this.
