some glib2 applications do not work under tiger, due to a problem with non 
blocking I/O

I added a patch from the darrwinports guys (thanks toby !), which fixed this 
issue, so irssi will work fine.

installs glib2 and apps using it on tiger, they will block.
Apply the patch, they work much better ;-)
