pkgsrc is 1.6.17 which is not IPv6-enabled.

Build chat/eggdrop and try to make it connect to a IPv6 IRC server.

Remove USE_INET6 from chat/eggdrop/Makefile or add a patch to include IPv6 
support in 1.6.17
