The last eggdrop release to include IPv6 support was 1.6.15, but the version in
pkgsrc is 1.6.17 which is not IPv6-enabled. 
>How-To-Repeat:
Build chat/eggdrop and try to make it connect to a IPv6 IRC server.
>Fix:
Remove USE_INET6 from chat/eggdrop/Makefile or add a patch to include IPv6 
support in 1.6.17
