belnet.dl.sourceforge.net
and
citkit.dl.sourceforge.net
are down and not available for download.
Any distfiles from this Mirror can't be downloaded, during installing a package 
via pkgsrc.
Installation works anyway, after timeout of both Mirrors.

Please delete belnet and citkit from the MASTERSITE_SOURCEFORGE in 
/usr/pkgsrc/mk/bsd.sites.mk
