 I re-checked squid and ipnat(4) interaction.
 
 I think that original squid-2.5.9 (squid-2.5.STABLE9) wasn't worked as
 it expected; ipnat(4) related system calls were changed heavily by IP
 Filter 4.0 (or something later).  So I just write two PR, 30094 and 30095.
 
 Anyway, I'm still looking for work around to this problem.
