	If I click on a link to a postscript file in Firefox and open
	the file with gv, I cannot close gv.  Typing 'pkill gv' has
	no effect; selecting file > quit causes gv to hang.  I do not 
	have this problem when running gv from the command line.  I am
	using firefox 1.0.3, gv 3.6.1, and ghostscript-gnu-7.07.

	Click on a link to a pdf or ps file in firefox
	Open with /usr/pkg/bin/gv
	In gv, click on file > quit
