Synopsis: new version of mMosaic

I've got this package to build and install, but I can't say that I
like it.  The developers have made some interesting choices, adding
support for news and mail, and have made a very incomplete switch to
GNU autotools.  My chief impression, though, is that is very development
quality -- for example, it won't even start up unless you give it a
URL on the command line -- and it seems to crash even sooner than the
old one.  In conclusion, I don't pkgsrc should upgrade yet.
