 DISTFILES handling was wrong at some moment.  I re-did "make
 makesum", thanks.

 Hmm, the file only exists in tetex-texmf in teTeX-3.0, so I
 removed it from teTeX-sharesrc.  but it's OK to keep it
 untouched.
