 In some cases, Linux distributions do provide a libtermcap.so that is
 simply a symlink to libncurses.so.
 
 Some Linux distros do have a libtermcap, but we don't provide in pkgsrc.
 (I didn't check Mandrake.)
 
 Using libncurses should be an okay replacement.
 
 Maybe use:
 BUILDLINK_TRANSFORM+= rm:-ltermcap
