Synopsis: ntop crashes out with a pthread error

Indeed, ntop does not work with pthreads in NetBSD 2.0.
The problem has been fixed in NetBSD-current.
As a work-around, use PTHREAD_TYPE=none to disable threads.
The disadvantage is that ntop can't use multiple network interfaces.
