Synopsis: flac fails to build on Solaris with some compiler flags

It built fine in Solaris 9 with these CFLAGS as well.  I believe the problem
has something to do with your compiler setup, and that the CFLAGS do not
need to be twiddled at the flac package level.  Thank you for this PR.
