Yes, the PR was not clear. This PR was linked to another PR (28840)
which seems to have disappeared. With the upgrade to ytalk 3.2.0, I
believe the switch to build with X was changed from --with-x to
--enable-x.

BTW, ytalk is now up to version 3.3.0 and X support has been removed.
