 - Synopsis: allow audio/festival to build on ?all? NetBSD machines

 - I added your patches, and patched the configure routines myself
 - so that "unknown" should show up for every platform, to correspond
 - to the changes in the PR.

The changes appear to build with out problem on my NetBSD/alpha
system. The only potential concern is this:

   Running /usr/sbin/pkg_delete -K /var/db/pkg -r festival-1.95beta
pkg_delete: unable to completely remove directory '/usr/pkg/share/festival/lib'
pkg_delete: unable to completely remove directory '/usr/pkg/share/festival/examples'
pkg_delete: unable to completely remove directory '/usr/pkg/share/festival'
   pkg_delete: couldn't entirely delete package `festival-1.95beta'
(perhaps the packing list is incorrectly specified?)

 (I have various voices installed..)

I'm going to do a build on a NetBSD/sparc64 system, and see how
 that turns out..

SCSI is *NOT* magic. There are *fundamental technical reasons* why it is
necessary to sacrifice a young goat to your SCSI chain now and then.
