 Ah yes, thanks (I'm way behind on my NetBSD mail - again - that one

 I have appended a patch that fixes the immediate problem in make
 (that in your PR) though I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't get
 applied (all that stuff is truly appallingly ugly).
 
 In the meantime, could someone fix lang/icon's Makefile ??
