This free version doesn't include that file. There are patches for Darwin
and Mac OS support in for fink (and darwin ports?).
I have all the patches in place and got it to build without using libtool,
but didn't fix the part of the installation which still uses libtool. It
would probably be better to use libtool for build too.
Another pkgsrc developer said he will look at doing this.
Also a new qt3-libs version is officially released and it possibly
includes the missing parts. Anyone want to try that?

It comes from the qt3 for Mac OS X download instead of the version for
X11. It would probably be better for pkgsrc to use the "X11" version.
The patches I used don't add it, but bypass it by defining a new make
variable.
